Transmission 026 is the first public note for the Real Estate Property Sales Intelligence cell. The point is not to make a louder sales machine. The point is to make a governed domain organism: source-aware, evidence-preserving, review-routed, and human-led at the edge of consequence.

Real estate is a serious domain because every shortcut has a boundary around it. Lead source, consent evidence, suppression posture, vendor rules, brokerage policy, business hours, sensitive topics, and human approval all matter before motion. The cell can classify, summarize, draft, recommend, and escalate. It does not own outreach, import activation, campaign enrollment, or public claims.
